Here is a selection of questions we get asked on a regular basis.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We offer our service throughout London and around the outer circles of London.
Q: How much for a scratch repair?
Without seeing the damage we cannot possibly give you an accurate quote over the phone. To help us make an assessment you could email a photograph of the damaged area. Jpeg format is fine to send through.
Q: How long will it take?
A: The average job takes 2-3 hours
Q: How long before I can drive the car?
A: As soon as we are finished you can drive the car
Q: How do you match the colour?
A: We take the colour code from the vehicle then use a computer program on a laptop and a set of scales to mix the colour, we then check it against the vehicle and tint it if necessary.
Q: Are you insured?
A: We have public liability insurance, comprehensive motor trade insurance in case we need to drive your vehicle and Products and Services insurance which covers accidental damage to your vehicle whilst we are working on it.
Q: How soon can you do the repairs?
A: We can usually book you in within a few days of contacting us.
Q: Is there call Out Charge?
A: No charge is made if work is carried out on the same day. However, if we are not able to carry out the work due to any of the reasons stated in this section, a call out charge of £20 is required to cover travel and booking costs.
The call out charge will be deducted from the total bill if we are able to carry out the work upon further arrangements.
Central London Congestion Charge (currently £10) is added to the total bill if applicable (Mon-Fri 07:00-18:00).
Q: Do you provide free quotes?
A: Yes, we can give a fairly accurate quote over the phone or email or we can come and view the vehicle if necessary to give an exact price, all free of charge.
